Kwaliteit en staat van het appartement is goed. Er wordt met zorg schoongemaakt. meubilair prima, behalve het matras en de kussens. Die zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Als dit vervangen is dan krijgt het appartement een 9, echter nu een 7,5 omdat ik slaap comfort erg belangrijk vind.
