I really liked the location, the generous size of the room and the host was very kind and flexible to our (very) late arrival and even at the checkout.
For us it was a major issue that it was not possible to pay by credit card and it was not signed clearly on booking.com. It was a very uncomfortable experience upon arrival. The dishes were not the cleanest and there was no sponge provided but this was not a big deal

Очень красивый район, много кафе и ресторанов, и отличная доступность транспорта, очень близко метро. В номере отличные матрасы, после дня прогулок это очень помогало хорошо отдохнуть. Мне понравилось, что в номере была красивая посуда: было приятно пить чай и завтракать. Это был лучший выбор для недели в Тбилиси. Особенно хочется поблагодарить хозяйку за заботу и гостеприимство!
