部屋が広くて静かでした。
トラブルがあった時などにすぐに連絡が取れないようです。 自動チェックインで支払い後に部屋のキーが出てこなかったので、電話連絡しようとしたのですがなかなかつながりませんでした。 やっと電話がつながり事情を説明するとスタッフが来てくれました。 スタッフの説明に従って再度処理すると今度はキーが出てきましたが、部屋に入るまでに1時間以上かかりました。 また、後で調べると支払いが二重になっていました。これについてはメッセージを送って指摘したところ速やかに1回分が返金されました。

5-10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig. Sehr großzügiger Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, aber Achtung: enge Durchfahrt!
Ein Punkt Abzug, weil das Einchecken zur verabredeten Zeit nicht möglich war, sondern erst 2 Stunden später. Leider ohne rechtzeitige telefon. Info oder Mail des Vermieters. Das könnte man verbessern.

Sehr niveauvolle Wohnung. Parkplatz vorhanden, ausgezeichnete Lage, moderne Ausstattung.

Die Lage war super. Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet.
Es gab massive Probleme mit der Schlüsselkarte. Das Öffnen der Wohnungstür dauerte jeweils 5-10 Minuten. Auch mit der Ersatzkarte war es reine Glückssache, wenn sich die Tür irgendwann öffnen ließ. Kein Personal vor Ort.
