The house is located beautiful and privately. It has everything you need.
It’s a very small thing and nothing that really had an effect on our stay. But maybe a better outdoor table with chairs. And if possible an electric grill. In that heat we won’t use the normal grill.

The location is outstanding. The views from pool and house are out of this world. Possibly the finest from anywhere I have stayed. The area is lovely, Atri in particular and the beach is only 20 minutes away.
Very little to complain about. I would suggest a house manual or instruction book would be helpful. The door locks need explaining for example.
