Piscina fantastica, circondata dalla natura e con vista sul Gran Sasso.
Posizione strategica e in mezzo al verde, nel silenzio.
Casa molto grande e ampi spazi, sia internamente che esternamente.
Pulizia non perfetta, molti arredi datati o rotti, troppi quadri che rendono pesante l'ambiente.
Wc bassissimi, zanzariere non in tutte le finestre o porte finestre (in particolare assenti nei bagni).
Odore di fogna proveniente dagli scarichi. Materassi in alcune camere sfondati e vecchi, non comodi per riposare.
Ci vorrebbe una ristrutturazione, sia dentro che fuori casa.
