IMPORTANT NOTES: There is a $35/day fee for heating the entire Pool or $18/day charge if you just want the heated jacuzzi (Minimum of 3 consecutive nights). Grill is $84 one time fee. Only 3 cars are allowed per home, street parking is NOT allowed.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS TOP TIER! COMMUNICATION, AMENITIES, CLEANLINESS. I MEAN EVERYTHING WAS IT! BEAUTIFUL & ROOMY HOUSE! GREAT PICK.PERIOD!

We chose this house because of the size and location.

The property worked for our stay with family. Spa had issues and we couldn’t use it for a few days, but was resolved by the property manager. Furniture is old and outdated and the rugs are dirty, stretched and need to be replaced. Also, lots of cars park in the streets and made getting to the address difficult. Seems this rental has seen lots of use and needs to be refreshed
