Xfinity Popular cable TV, Xfinity Fast WiFi, and 2 temporary Resident ID cards are included. Two neighborhood pools & recreation centers are within a 10-minute walk (0.5 miles). A golf cart is not included, however one can easily be rented from a number of local vendors.

Burt is a great host. The villa is attractively decorated with a coastal theme, so I really felt like I was in Florida. It’s located in the center of The Villages; it was easy to get around. Very quiet, and the new king bed was great!

Two sisters of a certain age travelling together, one just six weeks out from a new hip. We loved Burt's house. There are lots of thoughtful little touches, like night lights in the main rooms, beach chairs in the garage, a great selections of pots and pans, and a new barbecue.
We checked out a couple of Villages' activities, and in particular used the neighbourhood pools, but we were really there for the central location for day trips to the springs and the bike trails. Unforgettable trip. Thanks!
