This 2 bedroom plus bonus rom 1 bath charmer is conveniently located off I-5 and Capitol Highway. Situated on a large private lot with a fully fenced backyard. Ideal for contractors, construction workers or those needing a short term housing solution. Fully furnished and the price includes all utilities, wifi, and landscape maintenance. Ready to move in - all you need is a suitcase and toothbrush.
Public transportation is at the end of the street and there is a park across the street.
There are 3 bedrooms = 2 with queen beds plus one small bedroom with a full size bed. The oversize kitchen has plenty of room for cooking and the living room has a sofa, a comfy chair and 2 ottomans. There is a smart TV.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking supplies, dishes, glassware, silverware, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, microwave. There is a dishwasher. side by side refrig freezer and a self cleaning oven. A seating area with 2 barstools is also located in the kitchen.
Laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The dining table seats 4.
The bathroom has a walk in shower.
There is a RING doorbell that has video and audio facing out towards the driveway and street. It does not video or record the interior space.
We accept dogs of any size at this property. The pet fee is $150 per dog. We do not accept cats. The backyard is fenced.
Parking is on a gravel spot dedicated for guest use. There is additional parking on a barked area on the property. Additional parking is available on the street. The long driveway is used by the host and employees so parking is not available on the long driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.
