We stayed here over the weekend with family while attending a graduation in town, and it comfortably accommodated three adult couples with plenty of space for everyone.The garage was a huge bonus for secure parking, and there was also ample parking available outside. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and I’ve never seen one so well stocked with amenities. It truly had everything we needed and more! We were especially excited to find a clothing steamer, which came in very handy for our grad party outfits.The home was exceptionally clean, cozy, modern, and comfortable. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days.The backyard was beautiful, with a peaceful pond and patio area that made for a great place to unwind. The location was also excellent- close to Fred Meyer, restaurants, and shopping, making everything convenient.We happened to come on a weekend when this area had a heat wave, around 90 days and the house stayed so cool and comfortable, it was so nice!This place was an absolute gem in the Portland area, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at the Spruce St. house while there for my daughter’s graduation from Reed College. The property was clean, comfortable and had a lovely backyard (and gas grill) to hang out at so we BBQ’d. We had plenty of towels and blankets! The only thing—not a big deal really—was there was only a small 5-cup coffee cup for 8 of us, but we made it work…besides that, all was wonderful! Thank you, Nathaniel!

We were welcomed with a fresh bouquet of flowers and fine chocolate when we arrived. The house had everything we needed, to include coffee and basics for cooking. Living room furniture was comfy. Beds were very comfortable. Back yard was peaceful with a water feature, patio furniture and picnic table.We would definitely stay here again.
