On a quiet street in Southampton Village, this newly renovated home is the perfect summer getaway. Bright, stylish interiors feature open living areas flowing from the comfortable living room to the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area and a cozy TV lounge with glass doors to a rear patio. We stayed 10 nights and everything was perfect. The house location was a nice walk to town and convenient to everything. Being able to chill at the pool was a nice alternative to the beautiful beaches also nearby. Would stay again tomorrow!

We came to The Hamptons for a long weekend with our family, adult children ages 19 and 32 and this house was the perfect set up. Britt was amazing in communication. The house was spotless and in terms of a hampton house, this house was perfect for us. It had the look we wanted, the scale of the bedrooms and living areas were perfect sizes. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the Adirondeck stairs outside on the back porch. The location for us was stellar, a hop skip away from the train station, town and beaches. My 19 year old came two days later and was able to walk from the LIRR. My other daughter came the last day to visit us with her husband and toddler and we enjoyed the day together grilling and swimming. This house has a lovely backyard. I highly recommend and if it had more availability I would have booked it longer.
