About this house rental
Ultra clean contemporary, all new bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, 2 master suites, perfect lay out for entertaining. Sophisticated double height living room with fireplace and open layout, spacious den, new kitchen done in stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Living area leads onto large deck, with outdoor table for 10, with grill, plus an area with couch and chair. Three bedrooms upstairs , Master Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite bathroom, one guest bedroom with King Bed upstairs and one guest bedroom with two twins upstairs. One full guest bath upstairs. Master Bedroom and one guest bedroom have private decks overlooking pool and slight views of Shinnecock Bay. 2nd full bath upstairs has a tub. Lower level has 2nd Master bedroom with a connected bathroom with a shower, as well as another 'living' room off of the bedroom. Living room off bedroom downstairs has two twin beds plus a futon couch. Pool is surrounded by blue stone with another outdoor table and chairs, six super comfortable lounge chairs, along with drink refrigerator. New firepit completes the picture with music coming from the sonos sound system. Property is buffered by protected land, along with mature plantings which create total privacy. Large lawn for the kids to play soccer on as well as a sandbox. House is wired with speakers, including outside surrounding pool. House is 4 miles to Cooper Beach, Southampton Village, and Cowfish restaurant. House is furnished with restoration hardware sofas, pottery barn bedroom and kitchen table. Kitchen is equipped with Calphalon pans, good knives, lots of plates and entertaining dishes. One pack-n-play and a toddler bed available, plus crib in downstairs master.

Great stay - huge house. Easy checkin and pre-stocked with many important essentials like cooking oil, spices and other stuff you hate having to buy every time you stay somewhere. Overall great time and really enjoyed ourselves - would def stay again!

It was the perfect summer getaway. The house was impeccable. Beautiful, bright airy and so spacious. Backyard was great -pool in the day firpit at night. Marni and Brian couldn’t be better people to rent from. Awesome

This house is beautiful inside and out! Spacious, airy, and clean inside with plenty of room to spread out, and the pool and fire pit outside are stunning. Brian was very responsive and helpful throughout our planning process and stay.

My family had a wonderful week here. The house was immaculate and the owners couldn't have been nicer. Location was perfect. Not far from beach and shopping but honestly you don't even need to go anywhere. Enjoyed a very relaxing week. Thank you again Marni and Brian.
