About this villa rental
With a living space of 250 m2, Villa Caisma features 4 bedrooms furnished with double beds, one located on the ground floor, two on the first floor while the functions as a separate studio apartment with a kitchen and a spacious terrace. There is a fold-out sofa in one of the bedrooms that provides an extra sleeping arrangement for two children. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with a bathtub, shower enclosure and underfloor heating. In the upstairs bathrooms you can relax in comfortable tubs overlooking the sea. Guests of the villa have a modern fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a cozy living room with a fireplace, beer bar and wine bar at their disposal. A beautiful swimming pool (11x4) surrounded by sun loungers and a whirlpool are located in front of the villa, in the 1100 m2 large, fully fenced courtyard. The inner garden features a large barbecue where you can prepare fresh and delicious meals for your family and friends whilst enjoying a glass of cold draft beer. The house provides 5 private parking spaces.

I have been renting high class holiday villas for some 30 years now and this is one of the very best I have experienced. Fantastic quality modern villa with what must be amongst the world's best views. The host Martin was first class in every way. We hope to go back one day.

Unique seafront villa just 10m from the sea with added values for a relaxing stay, very clean and very comfortable.
Our hosts were always on hand and answered all emails very quickly. Sea is crystal clear, great for snorkeling,paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming. We absolutely loved staying at Villa Carisma,it was a beautiful and relaxing place to spend time. From the moment you arrive till the moment you leave we cannot recommend this villa enough. We definitely will return!

Das Objekt erfüllt, was die Beschreibung verspricht. Und die Fotos spiegeln auch wirklich die Realität wieder!
Location: ein super Haus auf einer tollen Insel.
Schon das Gefühl, das sich beim ersten Öffnen der Eingangstür einstellt, verspricht einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr modern und freizügig gestaltet. Besonders auffällig ist die liebevoll durchdachte Architektur - im Grunde aus jedem Raum und jedem Winkel kann der Blick auf das Meer genossen werden. Selbst unter der Dusche stehend :)
Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, Küchen-Ausstattung auf dem neusten Stand.
Neben dem modernen Ambiente der Außenanlage (Pool etc.) ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer genial. Einfach ein paar Stufen gehen und schon konnte man über ein paar Steine gehend abtauchen.
Service: wir wurden direkt vom Vermieter betreut - exzellente Betreuung. Wir konnten das gute Gefühl genießen, im Hintergrund eine wirklich PERSÖNLICHE Betreuung zu haben. Von regelmäßigen Handtuchwechseln (auch Bettwäsche) bis zu konkreten Tipps für das Genießen der Insel - unser Vermieter M. war immer für uns da.
Das einzige, was wirklich schade war: wir hatten nur 2 Wochen. Dafür werden wir wiederkommen. :)
PS: für Leute die Urlaub mit einem Boot mögen: eine eigene Boje vorm Haus ist auch vorhanden.
