Three bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, and two more on the second floor. Luxury and complete privacy are ensured by large double beds and a private bathroom in each room. There is also an additional sofa bed in three bedrooms. The terrace on the last floor together with the glass windows that extend over the entire villa completes the unique look with a special ambiance.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in closet and an elegant living room with access to the outdoor terrace. The exclusivity of the yard creates an infinity pool with salt water. The pool is heated and hydromassage, and next to it, there are 10 deck chairs perfect for relaxing. On the terrace, there is also an outdoor covered dining room and a grill, ideal for preparing meals outdoors. Guests can also enjoy entertainment for all ages, such as billiards, table tennis, and table football, as well as PlayStation. In addition, the villa has 3 private parking spaces and a charger for an electric car.
