Comfortably hosting up to 9 guests, it blends authentic charm with simple comforts in one of Sardinia’s most untouched and scenic corners.
Located on the island of Sant’Antioco, just an hour from Cagliari Airport and connected to mainland Sardinia by an isthmus, this villa combines comfort, nature, and adventure in an idyllic setting.

- Kitesurfing & Windsurfing : The lagoons of Sa Barra, Porto Botte, and Punta Trettu (15 minutes away) provide world-class flatwater and strong thermal winds—ideal for freestyle riders. Shallow sand water and the wind channeled in between the Sardinia main island and the island of Sant'Antioco create strong consistent gusts from thermal summer winds and flat water, a very secure spot for beginners and freestylers alike, with plenty of kite schools and camps around.

Das Haus und Garten sind wie beschrieben und wunderbar. Wir - 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager - haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Strände sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar (5 Minuten und ca. gute 10 Minuten) und toll zum Schnorcheln und Schwimmen. Am unteren Sandstrand gibt es eine Strandbar mit leckerem Essen und Drinks und Kaffee. Wir freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal!

Siamo stati molto bene, anche se siamo capitati in una settimana di caldo soffocante (suggerirei infatti di fornire ventilatori per ogni stanza!). La casa e suora le sia pe neonati, che per pls ladina che per cani (la mia composizione familiare). Sotto casa c’è indubbiamente il più bello spot di mare, la cala della signora. Le altre spiagge dell’isola non sono il top, ma l’ambiente è sempre molto bello, familiare e gentile.

très bonne dans l'ensemble.
quelques manques au niveau des appareils électroménagers.
récupération des poubelles pas très efficace.
c'est une magnifique maison,avec une superbe vue et de la tranquillité.
