Excellent choice of apartment right in front of Canj Beach, with top notch administrator

Great 3 story apartment complex right in front of the beach, and right in front of an excellent seafood restaurant. The administrator - Gabriella - is superb, super passionate about her work, the best administrator I have ever seen at any apartment anywhere I've been (and I have been in many places!). We stayed in early October and Canj was super quiet, peaceful. We plan to stay here again next year and I of course recommend anyone to stay here.

Not comfortable, lots of locals visiting the main cleaner. They all smoked, constant smell of smoke.

The location was fine and we did have a sea view. It was easy to fine and a supermarket was close by. The beach was close, but you had to walk 200 meters to get a sun bed as most of the beach facilities were closed or closing. Basic, but uncomfortable

This was a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge, which was already made up on arrival. It was very hard and could not be moved. We could not sit comfortably. There was sand on the sofa bed and we had to shake all the bed linen and remake the sofa bed. From where we parked the car, at the back of the building, there were many steps down to the building, past the swimming pool, which was freezing. the owner did allow us to bring the car to the front of the building on our departure, much to the annoyance of the main cleaner.

I liked pretty much everything. The apartment was really great and cosy. It had everything you need. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was so clean and we really liked the beachfront. The view was amazing. The owners are great people, always polite and smiled.

The host who worked there wasn’t really welcoming. At the moment we arrived she just approached to our car and startad naviganting us not even telling us that she is feom vila Promis or even saying good afternoon. Every other day of our stay we didn’t get good afternoon or have a good day, not even once. We were shocked how someone with that kind of personality could work in hospitality. Once she met us in front of the owners she strated smiling and welcoming us which was really lame. So all in all the only thing that we really didn’t like is the host who worked there.

Great family vacation

Great hosts, stunning location, clean, fully equiped apartment. Parking available only for the guests. The swimming pool and its surrounding is the greatest positive point. The water in the pool is clean, there are sunbeds for the guests as well. The host are helpful and kind.

Excelent Villa, Canj not so ok.

Everything that was related with this Villa was great. Clean, nice apartment, nice view, very nice hosts, nice pool, everything.

As many others writed here before, not related with Villa Promis. Canj and the beach was disappointing due to the garbage. It is very picturesque place, and sea water very nice, very clear. I think it has a lot of potential, but can not understand why authorities or somebody else can not be more involved solving this. Is first time when on bottom of the sea I saw so many plastic things. Is a tourists fault as well, they left their garbage on beach and wind will trow that garbage in the sea. Hope in near future will be better and tourists can really enjoy what Canj and Montenegro can offer.

Nice well equiped place with a perfect view

This Vila is great. Big apartment with a perfect view on sea and beach on one side and pool on the other side. There is a good offer to go by boat on another local beaches. I am strongly recommend to visit Kraljicina plaza. Restoran Ponta located just in front of Vila serving a good food. Next time we will come in September or May when it is less crowded.

It was a little bit anoying that sound of falling water from one to another pool. It was hard to fall a sleep. Canj is a boring place during the night. There is no night life.

Superb

Mjesto apartmana, bazen, klima ured vam ne smeta na terasi nalazi se na drugi dio zgrade. Blisko je do setalista, taverna, restorana i do same plaze koja je ispred i nije nesto narocita, ali to neovisi od gazde apartmana. Sobe su tihe i necuje se buka od drugih jedinica, parking ima dovoljno lezaljke i bazen bile su ciste ima i mjesta za rostilj ali mi to nismo koristili ima puno rostilja u okolini pa mozes si ponjeti i sjesti na terasu i uzivat. Dopalo mi se najvise sta u nas period prestoja nismo videli ni jedan komarac a nema ni muve za leka da ti pritreba :). Mozda mi se josh nesto drugo dopalo ali za drugi put , mislim da sam dovoljno opisao

Fali malo da se popravi ulaz i put do gornji parking plac, meni nije bio problem ja vozim off road pola zivot ali ima neko ko ne zna kako to da prekoraci pa bi ostetio auto.

View is excellent; fresh sea air in your room whole day; everything around building is excellent Beach and water in septembar were perfect, warm and clean (unlike streets of Canj :( )

Unrealistic bad room service

Room was ok.

Room was nice. Service was awful. We had to clean our own sheet, and we had to clean our own room. Acually, and im not kidding (!), woman working for Villa said to my wife that we have to roll up our sleeves and clean room, clean floor etc. We had cleaning stuff in front of each floor so we can CLEAN........ Also, we had no toilet paper in room so we had to ask for it every day... I dont get why we cant have it on bunch for all staying... All in all, none cost for money balance - for this price you have to clean your room, it is unreal. My recomendation: avoid this location. You can get much more for this price. MUCH MORE!

Everything was great! Very helpfull manager, comfortable apartaments and nice swiiming pool with place for grill. It was the most clean object in all Village with Staff which really care about guests.

Parking. It was really terrible. But its regular problem in Montenegro.

The room had a sea view. The host woman tried to be polite and good-natured.

No breakfast, the rooms were not cleaned once for 2 weeks. You have to take the garbage to the garbage dump, you have to collect toilet paper and garbage bags, the neighborhood is run down, there are many people on the beach, locals prefer to go here. Wi-fi doesn't work all the time.

Lose of time and money.

This property is ok.

Beach, is very dirty, full of garbage. overcrowded, Sea is dirty and smell like sewage. Restaurant cleanness is very poor. Recommendation is to everybody to avoid Canj. Regarding the property, all aspect was in very good order.

I recommend it to anyone :)

The gast lady was very nice and always helpful. The apartment is really close to the see and it has a great view and you can also enjoy your stay by the pool. (btw there was always enough sunbad for every guest). The apartment was clean, the equipment was enough, the AC worked well and the WIFI was also really good. There is a market where you can buy food and there is a lot of fruiter as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and we would go back to Villas Promis any time.

There is only 2 cooking plate, which was a bit uncomfortable for 4 person and there was no tiles between the cooking plate and the white wall. It was diffcult to go up to the parking lot even with an all wheel drive SUV because the road is unpaved covered with slippery stones and huge holes. Apart from these 2 things, we had a really great time at Villas Promis!

Perfect apartment, good location, wi-fi, swimming pool.

Canj is not so good as Petrovac or Budva, there is no alternative cafes or restaurants. So, it is nothing to do over here. But, apartment is very pretty, clean and new. Highly recommended! The way to back-parking is not ok, looks dangerous. No breakfast.
