Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin, die gut erreichbar war. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet in absolut ruhiger Lage, die Stadt zu Fuß problemlos erreichbar und mit guter Infrastruktur. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à larmor-plage. La maison est idéalement située à 2 minutes a pied de la plage (plage surveillée donc top avec des enfants). Très bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfants. La communication avec la propriétaire est très agréable.

Correspond exactement à notre recherche..... excellent séjour proximité de la plage à pieds ..... tranquillité et calme au rdv .....la terrasse lorsque la maison à côté est habitée s’avère d’un usage compliqué car la promiscuité confine à partager la terrasse, conversations etc. .... Heureusement cela a été de courte durée il s’agit d’une gêne réciproque.....

Kleines gemütliches Ferienhaus direkt am Strand gelegen (3 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Haus hat was es braucht, um einen Urlaub in der Bretagne zu verbringen. Larmor-Plage liegt zentral sowohl für diverse Ausflüge in der Bretagne als auch ideal für einen Badeurlaub oder alle Arten von Wassersport. Auch für vier Personen geeignet, wenn man nicht wert auf ein zweites Badezimmer legt.

La maison correspond tout à fait à l'annonce décrite. Vous passerez des vacances au calme et proche de la mer ainsi que le port accessible à pied en longeant une partie de la mer. La maison est parfaitement propre, la terrasse est de bonne taille et à l'abri des regards, on se sent comme chez soi. Rien à redire, nous avons adoré et notre petit garçon aussi.

Insgesamt macht dieses Objekt ein sehr guten Eindruck! Das Hausinnere ist modern und schön eingerichtet, die Flächen vor dem Haus sind etwas verwildert, aber die große Terrasse entschädigt für dies voll und ganz. Immer wieder gerne!

Ne pas se fier à l’extérieur si vous regardez sur Street view car la location est vraiment très bien. La partie terrasse est parfaite, sans vis à vis et entièrement clôturée donc sécurisée si vous avez des animaux ou des enfants en bas âge. L’aménagement de la maison est très bien aussi et largement suffisant pour les vacances. La situation est parfaite, on ne peut être plus près de la plage. Il y a 2 accès, dont un qui est directement sur une zone avec poste de surveillance. Je précise que malgré les panneaux d’interdiction aux chiens, en septembre ils sont admis sans problème. Nous n’avons vraiment aucun reproche à faire, tout était très bien, la propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible si besoin.

Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verleben möchte, auch mit Kindern, ist in dem einfachen aber liebevoll eingerichteten Haus gut aufgehoben. Die Vermieterin spricht englisch und deutsch, was es für manchen einfacher macht. Die Räume sind über zwei Etagen verteilt, Bad und WC sind separate Räume. Der schöne Sandstrand ist wirklich nur max. 200 m vom Haus entfernt oder man nutzt die nicht einsehbare Terrasse zum Chillen. Fahrräder haben einen eigenen verschließbaren Schuppen. Einzig eine Bar ist etwas weiter weg ca. 15 min zu Fuß.Das Fehrienhaus würden wir sicher wieder buchen.

das haus liegt sehr günstig zum meer leider war an dem fenster der rolladen kaputt in das die strassenlampe hineinleuchtet bitte dringend reparieren die pfanne in der küche sollte ausgetauscht werden sonst war alles super
