You will appreciate its location 3 km from the beaches (5 min by car) and 1.5 km from the town of Ploemeur (15 min walk) where you will find all amenities, bakery, butcher, mini-market, pharmacy, market gardener.
You can also take advantage of Ploemeur's excellent Sunday morning market.
The house is served by a bus service.
This 80m2 house can accommodate four people (2 bedrooms).
Ground floor:
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, table base, television and garden access.
- Dining area with able to eat.
- Separate fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140cm) and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140cm) and storage space.
- Shower room.
- Separate WC with washing machine.
Outside:
- Terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs and sun loungers.
- Barbecue.
- 200m2 garden.
- 1 private parking space (n°01).
- Garage and bike room.
