Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village

The trees, great views and the artwork was amazing!

There seemed to be one way to and from ocean tower. Could have been helpful for guests to have access to center activity’s with out the long walk. And the VIP president of sales was incredibly rude.

Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The service was good and the service providers were happy to see us as well.

We didn't have any problems. We were there during the Lala Hurricane didn't like that.

Huge property! There was so much space and areas to do things. I think we still went during peak summer season and it didn’t feel crowded. Even in the pools where there were tons of people, we could always find an area for our family to have plenty of room.

The only - and I do mean only - drawback was the food selection. There just weren’t many choices of places. Maybe there was construction and this wasn’t normal, but for dinner, there were just a couple choices. I will say the pizza at the Italian place was great and the food at the pool places were great. But it would have been nice to have some grab and go options. We may have just not seen where that was possible. This place is huge!

Location, location, location.

We are Hilton honors members. We don’t know that booking on a third party site would not allow us to collect points for our week. When we checked in, we asked to get the points added. The woman at the desk said ok. When we checked out, we noticed the points were not in our account and asked again. That is when we were told that we couldn’t accrue the points. The room is very outdated, the mattress was really bad. The sales staff member Nicholas, I think, is very shady and very ‘salesy’. I was really thinking of buying into the club until I met him. The housekeeper told us she needed to move past our room because we were still in it getting ready when she came by. The train wasn’t working for half of our visit, just unfortunate. Seems like Hilton has some work to do on this property and staff.
