The condo was stocked with the expected essentials (dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, TP, paper towel, towels). It is in need of a deep clean, the rugs and baseboards have built up dust. The pools, food at the buffetwere all spot on. The staff were super friendly. Parking was eary. We made use of going to the main hilton, the propery is still amazing fater almost 15 years since our last stay. This is why im giving it a 5 star the people and the overall care. parking valdiation was easy

The 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen was modern, clean, and in a quiet location. The 2 double beds in the bedroom were small so really only can fit 1 person each. The sofa bed in living room was large but on a slant so better to sleep on the couch or floor. They are a bit stingy with towels but there are multiple pools that can be accessed across multiple properties and they can sometimes lend you pool towels.

Remote battery dead, coffee machine broken! Unit was clean & we did get help in a timely manner! Staff was always pleasant & friendly! While walking back to the room at night , my son tripped over one of the sprinklers heal, sitting about 6 “ off the ground, it was at the tCorner edge of the side walk

Excellent stay. Loved the resort, bell men were great but front desk can use a little smile and Aloha vibe. Rooms were god although the refrigerator leaked in the bottom and master King bed TV did not work but was mentioned to the front desk but did not receive a follow up if we wanted someone to take care of the issue during our stay. But had a wonderful time nonetheless. Thank you

We had a great time at King's Land Waikaloa as a last minute reservation when our other accommodations fell through. We got there too early but the valet took our bags and the front desk helped us enjoy the property while waiting for our room. After it was ready, they had our bags sent there and it was so convenient. The room was clean and comfortable; we made lots of use of the kitchen and laundry machine. We enjoyed the breakfast and kid's pool right next door; this is what really elevated our experience because we were traveling with 2 small children, so it was such a relief to have a convenient breakfast and safe place to play. Waikaloa Village is nearby with access to restaurants and the grocery store. Its location is fairly equidistant to most of the excursions we did. We'd come back!

Clean spacious room, welcoming staff, clean hotel, the kids loved the kei kei room and the waterslides. Loved how we had access to the grand Hilton to visit lagoon to see tropical fish and sea turtles. Classes everyday that are included in your stay for example yoga, Zumba and kid crafts! Definitely worth the money, we will be back!

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at, as a family of 5 is so hard to find accommodations when we go on vacation. Our room had two bedrooms with washing machine and dryer, a kitchen, all so helpful when travelling with young children. Definitely recommend and we would for sure book this holel when we come back
