FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! Outstanding three bedroom, 4th floor corner condo! Featuring a flat screen TV in the living room as well as *SMART TVs* in each bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom so it will be really easy to get ready for new adventures your vacation will bring even for a large party. Condo also has a fully equipped kitchen, breathtaking views from the private corner patio and a covered garage parking space! The master bedroom is on the beach side with an entry to the private balcony. Another entry is from the living room. Gorgeous views of the pristine beach can be enjoyed from the dining and kitchen areas as well! Gulf dunes resort amenities include a regulation tennis court, private exercise gym, two pools, and one of the largest beach fronts on Okaloosa island. The powder white sands of the emerald coast are found nowhere else along the gulf coast. Beaches are cleaned daily providing the ultimate experience for you and other guests. Beach service is included with your rental. You won't have to go far to enjoy all Destin has to offer. Gulf dunes is just 6 beautiful miles from the Destin harbor, where you will have dozens of seafood grills to choose from, as well as shopping and activities. The kids will enjoy gocarts, putt putt golf, and daily air shows by Destin's local pilots. Speaking of pilots, the blue angles practice weekly in nearby Pensacola, and there are historic attractions located all around this area. We have water theme parks, games, bungee jumping, parasailing, jet ski and boat rentals, dolphin cruises, sunset sailing charters, deep sea fishing, world class golf, and much, much more.

Upon arrival parking was a breeze. Spot in garage and labeled. Parking spot is close to the elevators. We loved the carts available to take your luggage/groceries to your condo. The lobby was always clean. Only one elevator worked during our trip but was too bad on waiting for the other one. The condo was clean and beautiful decor. Everything we needed for our stay. Lots of room and storage available for our family of 4. We cooked alot of meals and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels provided. The view of the beach was breathtaking! The beach was easy to get to and the gentleman that takes care of the beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice and informative! If I had to pick out negative things that could be different.... The washer was a bit loud (maybe wanna check it out) and the rug in the living room could be replaced or deep cleaned (looked a bit dinghy/dirty) and could use like a broom or some cleaning items to pick up during our stay. But these negative things wouldn't deter me from booking again! We loved our stay here! If you're looking just book it. It's beautiful!

Our family vacation with 5 adults and 2 toddlers, was wonderful. The Condo was roomy with enough room for everyone. We had everything we needed, plenty of towels, comfy beds and the best views of the gulf and beach. Our condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Will certainly rent again.

Loved this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. Spacious enough for a bigger family. Having a end unit is a plus, you also get side windows. Beds were comfortable, nothing to complain about. Will recommend and definitely will be coming back.

We have stayed at Ft.Walton beach yearly for 9 years, love the location and beaches. This condo has definitely been used , the unit shows a lot of wear and tear. Scuffs on walls, cabinets in kitchen paint peeling and broken knobs, the sliding glass doors to nice patio, very difficult to open, no handle, dirty door tracks. An air vent fell off wall in 3 rd bedroom in the middle of the night, it was not screwed to wall. All bathrooms outdated, the master shower is extremely small. There were extra pillows but no pillow cases, all linen very worn. Unit was clean but not spotless. Thankfully one of the pools was still heated as it got chilly the week of Oct 28th. Slightly disappointed in our condo, but still enjoyed the beach, and small businesses/restaurants of Ft. Walton.
