Maison moderne proche lac et plage

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble. Le logement était propre, la terrasse, la piscine et le calme du quartier sont de vrais points positifs, et les propriétaires ont été disponibles.

En revanche, l’annonce mériterait d’être plus précise concernant la climatisation, qui ne fonctionne qu’au rez-de-chaussée. En période de canicule, les deux chambres situées à l’étage deviennent difficilement utilisables malgré la présence de ventilateurs. Malgré ce point, nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour.

The house is pretty much brand new with all the furniture and appliances. Has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave - everything you need when you're staying with kids and also Wifi! Loved the private pool, the quiet location, the lovely dog walks in the nearby woods. Leon is a few minutes drive away and it's a lovely town with plenty of shops, cafes, a patisserie, also a big Carrefour and petrol station. Found a lovely vet for people travelling with a dog(s) - €43 for worming and checkup for return journey to UK. Location is excellent - 5 minutes drive to the lake (Lac de Leon) where there are restaurant, ice cream place and lots of options for pedalos and kayak/canoe hire and a short drive to the ocean - multiple beautiful beaches within 10-20 minutes drive away. We loved the house, town and area! We would definitely book here again. Thanks Eric for the lovely stay!

The only thing I can suggest for improvement is that the patio slabs aren't fixed and some would move when you step on them. Didn't cause any issues for us though.

Le fait que 2 chambres soient à l’étage sous les toits et sans la Clim nous avons eu très chaud malgré l’ouverture des velux la nuit et les ventilateurs. La piscine mériterait de l’entretien
