Nestled in a lush green setting within a 70-hectare park, this fully renovated cottage will charm you with its peaceful surroundings and views of the lake. Le Village sous les pins is a vacation village offering lively entertainment and a wide range of facilities: heated pools with a water slide, a kids’ club, a teens’ club, mini-golf, 6 tennis courts, a soccer field, a multi-purpose sports field, archery, golf, riding arena, gym, game room, amphitheater, shows, restaurant, convenience store, bike rentals...
****The Cottage****
This bright, 25m² furnished apartment—rated **, facing south, and fully renovated in late 2020—features an airy living area, a combined bedroom/living room with a 140 double bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. If you’d like to eat indoors, there’s an island bar that seats 2, or the console table where the coffee machine is located—which quickly converts into a rectangular table for 4 people. The master bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a blackout curtain. The TV can be moved from one side to the other, allowing you to watch TV either from the living room/bedroom side or the kitchen side. The sofa bed converts into a double bed in 3 seconds—guaranteed! To convert the bed back into a sofa: Leave your fitted sheet on the mattress, tuck the comforter into the closet, and fold up the bed in just a few seconds—effortlessly. This is convenient for freeing up space, especially if you have active kids!
The view from the cottage is serene: forest, lake... The location is quiet, yet close to the lively center of the Village sous les Pins. The 27m² south-facing terrace is separated from the neighboring terrace by a picket fence and thuja trees.
* 2 adult hybrid bikes are available for rent year-round,
*Tennis courts, playground, pétanque, and Citystade open year-round
*Weekend reservations; check-out possible on Sundays at 5:00 PM.
*Pets are not allowed in the unit.
*Cleaning is included; the apartment must be left in very good condition.

*New for 2022: expanded terrace; we’ll be replacing the patio furniture and planting a hedge for more privacy.

By taking the bike path, you can reach the village of Léon and its lake, 3 km away, or Moliets Beach, 6 km away—or venture further to explore the surrounding area: Vieux-Boucau, Soustons, or the magnificent Courant d’Huchet Nature Reserve...
