About this house rental
Our holiday house is located in the Maâ district, which belongs to the famous seaside resort Moliets on the French Atlantic coast. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and well-equipped living and dining area with open fireplace. It also has a large surrounding terrace and a balcony. The plot measures more than 1000 square meters.
The house is built in a traditional Landais style and offers generously sized space for up to 10 people. The kitchen has all common appliances. Outside you will find various garden furniture.
The property is located in a little busy cul-de-sac and directly on a large forest area, which invites to walk. The location is ideal for visitors who are on the other hand looking for the beach, but on the other hand the peace.
The town center of Moliets, which offers all the necessary shops, is about 2 km away. The next accesses to the beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about 4 km. Moliets-Plage offers numerous restaurants and bars.
Moliets has an 18-hole golf course, which includes a tennis court. The area is ideal for surfers.

Tolles großzügiges Haus mit großem Garten, schöner Terrasse und super ausgestatteter Küche
sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem nah zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Moliets - reichlich Platz auch für die große Familie und zu unserer Freude "hundetauglich" - der sehr große Garten ist komplett eingezäunt!!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Urlaub in diesem Objekt gerade für eine große Familie mit Kindern nur empfehlen

Location parfaite pour des vacances au calme, avec un accès très rapide à la grande plage et toutes ses activités (5 minutes en voiture)

Propriétaires aussi agréables que le hameau de Maa où est située cette maison très bien équipée. Un petit axe d'amélioration : la majorité des lits sont doubles. Des lits 1 place jumelables seraient plus appréciables pour les familles avec enfants.
Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison et la famille de propriétaires !
