The design inside the unit is very cozy and elegant. If you dont like to cook there are many food and restaurant near the facility. 6min away in sm and ayala malls fit for my meetings that day.
There is a fishy smell when you go inside, tried to open the exhaust fan for the whole day it still smells (maybe the sewage idk 😅) but manageable. Care taker is aware of the smell.

very clean and comfortable . Accessible to nearby malls and restaurants and transportation.
Hmmmm again, the internet speed. Maybe they can subscribe to a more known service provider.

I like the property
The comforter had a bad smell and the toilet paper is only 1 there is no extra. There is no extra bath towel too.
