The villa is in a quiet part of Protaras, and we heard no noise at night and could sleep well. Fig tree bay is a few minutes away, and on the opposite side even closer is the turtle bay. We had our own parking space, but there is also room to park in the shade.
The villa itself is nice, with all of the amenities we needed. There are multiple balconies and there is roof access if you want to stargaze at night. While the view from the bottom terrace is not great, there was a constant pleasant breeze and we spent most of our time there as it was very relaxing.
We didn’t have to use air conditioning during the day almost at all, we just had to turn them on when we left for dinner so the bedrooms would cool down enough so the air conditioners don’t have to be on during the night.
For four people there was more than enough space so that everyone was feeling comfortable.
We had a mid stay cleaning, and the hostess visited us and gave us some tips on where to go on the island.
Overall I would stay here again if I came back to Protaras.
The upstairs has three sliding doors which can be loud if not opened very slowly, so nighttime bathroom visits were tricky. It’s possible to use the bathroom downstairs but one or two of the staircase steps pop loudly when you step on them, which didn’t make the choice much easier. Both of these problems should be relatively easy for the host to fix, but it was not a big deal.
The air conditioner blows directly on the bed, and since there is no deflector we either had to cool down the bedroom before sleep, or turn the air conditioner on and off during the night, which is annoying because it beeps loudly when using the remote (there is a silent mode but it stops as soon as you use the remote). Again should be a simple fix for the host, either add a deflector or find a way permanently disable the beeps.
The downstairs bathroom is tiny, and requires some gymnastics to use, BUT I still very much appreciated having it. I’m almost 2m tall and could use it with some care, so smaller people shouldn’t have too much of an issue.

Perfect location next to Fig tree beach,and on the other side, close to the main walking area and promenada, but calm and quiet.
Kitchen equipped with good dishes and small kitchen appliances.
Food, wine and juice are welcome in the fridge.
Bed linen and towels are excellent
Minor defects were immediately removed.
We had excellent communication with Aiva and Jana.
There is no dishwasher and high chair for a child.
In the bathroom, little things like brush and soap holders.

The location was excellent just a few minutes to the sea steps and 5 to fig tree bay. 10 minutes to the main strip
Villa eSs comfortable and clean ideal for a family
Communication was excellent they kept in contact throughout as no one was booked in let us check out later and this was great. Would stay again.
The twin room was basic no bed side lights or mirrors felt set up for children but an easy fix to make more useable for adults sharing.
The second bathroom is very small but again ideal for children or very slim people
