- The location of this property is fantastic, being on a quiet street that is very close to the beach where there is a long seaside promenade leading to Protaras - The downstairs terrace had a table and chairs for our entire group with a drying rack - The host was very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions or requests we had. - The rooms were clean upon arrival, with comfy beds and individual towels, shower gels, bar soaps and toothbrushes left for each of us. - There was a stovetop with various pots and pans provided enabling us to make breakfasts and dinners for 4 people - Parking in the rear of the building which could fit our rental

- The room was adequate size for 4 people, good for 2 couples but more difficult for a family bonding trip. - There was no drying rack for dishes, the host did however provide a drying pad instead. - There were many stray cats which tried to get into the rooms if the doors were left open, food couldn't be left on the table unattended.

The room was very clean and nice. The ac was working very well and the location was close to everything.

The apartment is exactly as described. It is bright, clean, and very comfortable. There are two large beds and high-quality linens. There is a large terrace with a table and a clothesline. The sun shines there in the morning, and there’s an awning. It’s nice to sit there with a cup of coffee early in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. A nice bathroom with a shower stall; all the fixtures are in good working order. The kitchen has all the necessary cookware; we only cooked breakfast there. The location is excellent. This was the main reason we chose this place. Green Bay Beach is nearby (300 m). It’s a well-equipped beach with a gentle sandy slope into the sea. There are restrooms (free), a café (reasonable prices), and changing cabins. Renting two sun loungers and an umbrella costs 10 euros. The nearest coral reef is about 50 meters away, and further out there are coral reefs with even richer marine life. The water is crystal clear, and there are no waves. There are also bus stops 300 meters from the apartment, from which you can take a bus to the center of Protaras or to Ayia Napa. But we walked to Protaras along the seaside promenade. It takes about 30 minutes. The apartment is on a quiet street. The host, Nicholas, met us, showed us around, and was always available. We also booked a transfer from Larnaca Airport and back through the host. There are a lot of stray cats. We went for walks with bags of cat food. That was the only downside of our trip. Because Cyprus is a European country, but it seems like the city administration doesn’t spay or neuter stray animals or control their population.
