Superb apartment - 15 mins walk from the beautiful Cavtat - Highly recommend

The accommodation was really clean, superb space and a lovely private pool. The balcony also which was also lovely for breakfast. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook. Everything is extremely clean. The bed is really comfortable. The washing machine also which is also very handy. Fabric softener and cleaning powder are also in the apartment. Quiet location also. Cavtat is a much see. Perfect place to stay for a quiet break while also exploring the beautiful town of Cavtat. Very close to the airport also.

It is a little walk {15/20 mins} from Cavtat centre. The walk down is lovely with great views. There is a number 10 bus that goes every half hour from Cavtat bus station which stops right outside the accommodation. It costs €1.60 per person and you get off at the second stop. Very handy and it runs right across the day. Some of the furniture is worn - the sofa and the chairs at the dining table, will need upgrading soon.

Great - couldn't recommend the accomodation and area enough

Maja had left some items in the fridge and there was other items in the kitchen for us to use. I always think this is such a nice touch - we really loved this spot and Cavtat is special

Exceptional

We had a fabulous stay here - lovely, clean apartment with excellent swimming pool. Perfect as a base when sightseeing daily. Plenty of really lovely restaurants/Cafés at Cavtat Harbour

The walk back from Cavtat Harbour can be a struggle uphill, however wasn't a problem for myself and two teenagers

AMAZING- best villa I’ve stayed in for a long time.

the property was just spectacular, it was exceptionally clean and had everything that you needed. The pool area was great to relax and go for a swim. i couldn’t recommend staying here more if I could. will definitely be returning one day. the host Maya was lovely and very helpful with some of the requirements I asked for.

Villa Maja, is a beautiful place it has 3 spacious apartments, we had 2 booked, they are so modern and clean with all mod cons, pool was just great to cool down in, Maja was a great host

The only thing we didn't like it's just that little bit too far from the town, walking down was fine but the hills and steps were a killer on the way back, we had to get a taxi back most nights which cost 100 kuna which is roughly 13euro, which is a little expensive for being a 5 minutes away, but over all its a beautiful place

Well spend time

Villa Maja is not the big one, what we liked a lot as we were searching for a quiet place. The host was very kind during our stay and gave us a lot of good instructions, what to do, where to go, where to eat in Cavtat. Villa Maja is pretty new, everything is super clean. Our apartment was very spacious and well organized. Wifi worked very well, Airconditioning as well. The Pool is not big but good enough to relax. The parking lot was very easy to access. As for the location it is like 10 minutes walk to the Centre, but as an advantage is super quiet in the evening and a bit side from main road.

Superb

Lovely property in a very peaceful spot . Extremely clean and well presented. A 15 minute walk into town but as other reviews state a bit of a climb on the way back. Taxi 5 minutes and only £8 so not an issue for us.

Le lieu au milieu des gravats soit disant studio supérieur vu mer scandaleux un immeuble en construction sous les yeux ouvriers et bruit des 7 h du matin même le samedi .4 grues et pilone électrique au dessus de notre terrasse container poubelle et route principale sur la gauche en face construction d un immeuble et à droite bidonville.Sans parler d être juste en dessous des avions qui atterrissent tout au long de la journée.A fuir.si pas de véhicule rien n est accessible à pied voiture indispensable.

Heel fijn appartement!

Het appartement is echt heel mooi. Er is een aparte airco in de slaapkamer, wat altijd prettig is. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, zelfs veel meer, zoals waspoeder, haarlak, tampons, noem maar op.

De bedden bij het zwembad waren allemaal kapot. Er vliegen constant vliegtuigen over, binnen heb je er geen last van, maar wel als je bij het zwembad zit. En er zijn veel bouwwerkzaamheden in de nabije omgeving, daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen, maar het gaf wel wat overlast. Maar verder echt een heerlijk appartement!

Cavtat juni 2025

Vi reiste i juni, så det beste med stedet var at det var et basseng tilgjengelig. Med bare 3 leiligheter i bygget hadde vi ofte bassenget for oss selv. Det var også fint med en stor, privat veranda med utsikt til havet. Rommet var romslig med en velfungerende aircondition. Gåavstand til matbutikken var kun 5-10 minutter. Verten svarte raskt på henvendelser.

Beliggenheten er litt langt unna sentrum og badeplasser og jeg vil si det passer best om man har bil eller annet transportmiddel. Gåturen til sentrum tar ca 25 minutter. Det var mye byggevirksomhet i området og i perioden vi leide var det støy fra byggeplasser fra klokka 7-17 hver dag unntatt søndag.

Bazen ociscen tek treci dan naseg dolaska,nije bilo štipalica za vanjsko sušilo,iz klima smrdi nisu čiscene nikako pune su prašine,u kuhinji dobili jednu krpu za 4 dana boravka,nije bilo ni kuhinjskih ubrusa,niti metle ili usisivaca da ocistim za sobom.
