Il senso di ospitalità dei proprietari, Rino, Pina, Agostino e Raffaella, è stato davvero qualcosa di unico e fuori dall’ordinario. La loro gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione ci hanno fatto sentire accolti fin dal primo momento, come se fossimo a casa nostra. È proprio questa cura autentica e sincera che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Un’accoglienza così non si dimentica facilmente! Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che una cosa è certa: questa non sarà la nostra ultima volta! A presto! ❤️😊

Climatisation qui est trop petite pour le logement, nous avons demandé le lendemain un ventilateur pour mieux dormir la deuxième nuit , la cuisine à peu de vaisselles et ustensiles . Pas de hotte . Un des lits était très dur ( chambre sorento) pas de fenêtre dans la pièce seulement une porte vitrée qui donne dans la cour communie . Le logement aurait besoin de rafraîchissement comme la cour et l’entretien de la piscine

The hotel has several rooms across two floors. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location is very convenient — it’s easy to reach Pompeii, Vesuvius, and Naples. There’s a decent-sized parking area for 4–5 cars on the opposite side of the road, behind a gate. Getting in and out is a bit tricky because the road is narrow and quite busy, but you get used to it (typical Italian traffic). That said, a few practical things were missing. There were no trash bags, no cloth to wipe the table or floor, and no sponge for the dishes. A little oil and salt would also have been helpful. The kitchen is equipped very minimally — it can work for 1–2 people, but not really for more.

The hotel itself is fine, but our stay was spoiled by the pet policy and how it was handled. As soon as we entered the property (we hadn’t even seen the room yet), we were given a list of rules. One of them was that the dog cannot be left alone in the room at any time. This was never mentioned in the house rules or anywhere on the booking page. If we had known this in advance, we simply would not have booked here — we already had tickets to places where dogs are not allowed, and with 40°C outside, it was completely unrealistic to take the dog with us everywhere. Our dog is very quiet, friendly and well-behaved. Even so, the moment she took a few steps outside the room, we were immediately told to put her on a leash. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and made it clear that the hotel is not truly pet-friendly. Advice to other guests traveling with pets: Please contact the hotel and double-check all dog-related rules before booking. Do not rely only on what is written on Booking. The restrictions can seriously affect your plans. It would be much better if the hotel either clearly listed all pet rules in advance or simply stopped accepting dogs. In response: The dog was always on a lead; only once did she accidentally get out of room one for a couple of steps, as the children had left the door open, and she stopped before she even reached me, she knew full well that she wasn’t welcome. And a lead doesn’t help with dog hair, either outside or inside the room; if it’s unwelcome, you simply need to remove the permission to stay with dogs so as not to stress the owners on arrival with new rules about pets and avoid complaints about dog hair. I cleaned up almost every day, as I know full well what it’s like to live with a dog, and your husband even saw me with the broom, which I found myself. Overall, your response is exactly the same as your general attitude. Out of the five hotels we stayed at on this trip, you were the only ones where we felt like unwelcomed.
