Great stay and amazing host!

Apollon was an amazing host! He was always very responsive and accommodating to all our needs. His villa is nice, clean, well equipped (it had everything , from utensils to bathroom essentials and cosmetics), and really close to the beach and an amazing beach bar. The villa has Air Conditioner in every room which makes life so much easier, and pleasant. Parking is available on the street, where is absolutely safe. We found the villa very easy as it’s available to type on Google Maps. Definitely visiting Cavo Paradiso again next year.

An authentic and relaxing Greek summer vacation.

The house is perfectly located 2 minutes from the beach and beach-bars, 15 minutes from the town of Asprovalta which offers everything from bars and restaurants to pharmacies, shops and supermarkets. The sea is next to the property is very nice, perfect for both beginners and advanced swimmers, including kids. Apollon, the host, is very kind and helpful - he gave us contacts for boat trips and massage (highly recommend both experiences). The courtyard offers places to chill and plenty of shade. As the house used to host a bar, there are glasses of all sizes and all purposes as well as other kitchen related items.

Great holiday villa on Greek coast.

The villa is nice and spacious and private. It overlooks the sea at the front and mountains to the back and sides. Beach is a bit stony in places but mostly sandy. There are public tennis courts 400m away and shops around 600m away. The host is very helpful and hospitable and gave us a lovely leaving gift of baklava desserts.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasant accomodation to relax and destress yourself

The location was very clean and quiet and the host was very helpful. The garden is big and beautiful and the beach is very close.

Shared bathroom for all rooms (only 1 on the 2nd floor, where all the rooms are located).

The location is beautiful, near the beach, quietly, perfect for families with children. The house has a large yard, superbly arranged, with a lot of places for resting. The host was very nice.

There is no AC. On hot days is uncomfortable.

Great vacation, on the beach

We loved our stay! Apolo and his mother are great hosts, kind and helpful, very proactive and available. Offered us some organic vegetables from the garden, that were delicious :)) the house is in front of the beach, in a very quiet neighborhood and only 10min walking distance from the pedestrian downtown. It was the ideal place for family vacation!
