    I got the great deal on agoda and the hotel is nice for family and location is also good from the panchwati ghat.

    I booked an AC Room in the site but got a non AC room instead from the hotel. While enquiring their standard tariffs I came to know that tariff of my non AC room is more than the tariff of their AC rooms. Then what is the purpose of booking rooms through trave/booking sites? This kind of confusion and communication gap shall create mistrust in travellers/guest. Apart from that wifi was also not available in the room. On asking about the same in reception they simply replied it is off now. But it could be seen clearly on my laptop. Rooms are quite old fashioned with two small beds. It is so small that one cannot sleep properly in the night. Breakfast was complentaory but it was very less. Only a small plate poha and a cup of tea which would not cost more than 50/60 rupees. This can't fulfill your hunger actually. What is the point of giving it then?? Rs.1700/- for a non AC room in this kind of hotel is too much when their AC Rooms are Rs 1500+Tax. The good things about this hotel are their cleanliness and location/position.
