Location was fantastic! Short walking distance to both 5th avenue and MEGA store! Used Private pool on top of penthouse everyday! Must wear shoes though when coming in from pool and using stairs. Very very slippery. Cute pastry shop and a small cafe which makes fresh pasta daily right across the street from condo if you are looking for a meal other than Mexican. There is a Mexican restaurant kiddy corner from condo. Food and service is great!! There is a pool inside the restaurant that can be used during the day!! Management company was superb to deal with. Highly recommend this location if looking for a place not far from the beach and the busyness of 5th ave!!
