Sabbia condo complex has the nicest amenities in downtown Playa del Carmen. Best pool in Playa... This very well maintained complex offers six large in-pool beds, covered lounge chairs, 2 Jacuzzis, pool table, Foosball, poker table, gym, trash chutes and ELEVATORS . No need for a car as you can walk to everything. The condo has 24 hour security, free Wi-Fi in the unit and in the pool area, Free parking. The famous Mamitas Beach and Kool Beach Clubs are the closest and by far the best beach clubs to relax by the Caribbean Sea. Sabbia is located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave. There are numerous restaurants within 5-8 min walk from Sabbia complex: La Bodeguita del Medio (Cuban), Chez Celine (French Bakery), Como Como (Mediterranean), Da Gigi (Italian), Aqua Chilies (fresh seafood tacos at great prices),Coffee Cafe (coffee and desserts), Xocolatier (coffees, desserts, salads, and sandwiches), La Portena (Argentinian) and many more along the 5th Avenue and the downtown core, all within walking distance. Sabbia is located in the area where many Canadian and American expats live and socialize. Many of our guests come back every year and have already booked the condo for two or three consecutive winters. Our property manager lives in the complex, and the Sabbia services team is always available to address the guest's questions and concerns. The security deposit is returned 7 days after check-out if no damages to the property.

The condo was clean and the images were accurate not just for the space, but the pool and common areas as well. Our host made sure we had all the information we needed and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Sabbia location is right in the middle of everything and the new supermarket around the corner was an unexpected bonus. Love to stay there again.

My husband and I spent the winter of 2016 at the Sabbia.The property is very well kept and the staff will go out of their way to assist you in anything. The condos are spacious and have everything you could possibly need for your stay..I rented another unit from the owner,for friends of mine that had visited the Sabbia during their weeks vacation in PDC and decided that they too would like to rent in Sabbia . The was very gracious in helping my friends and I get it booked for next year..This condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, nicely situated in the complex with a nice size balcony ...The location of the complex is very good as it's 2 blocks from the famous 5th Ave and a few short blocks to the beach. It's in a short walking distance to major grocery stores such as Mega and Walmart. My husband and I love this complex and will be returning in November for 6 months..

This is an awesome place to stay at. The hosts were friendly and gave us many great tips on nearby places. Also, the condos were located in the heart of the city with shops, 5th street and Mamita's beach within walking distance. The only complaint that I have of this place is that the condo's rules are incredibly strict. They only allow guests with a wristband through the lobby with no posibility of inviting any friends over. The noise level after 10 pm is kept to a hush and absolutely no swimming in the pool area after that time either. No smoking or drinking is allowed near the pool area so a designated section with only two tables is available. If you violate any of these rules there is a $150 dollar fine. The place is great looking and to be fair, these rules have also kept the place looking spotless. Great for families but a little too strict for the younger crowd considering that you are in Playa del Carmen.
