About this cottage rental
Lovely 2 Bedroom Cottage, beautifully decorated in a quiet central location, Ideal for Hospital visits/stays, University, Work Or holiday. Fully self contained
All bedrooms are air conditioned as is the main living area.
We do not allow pets.
Set on a quiet street the sound of the birds are what you hear and not the traffic going by yet still perfectly situated in the heart of beautiful suburban Townsville.
The lounge room has a large wall mounted flat screen HD Tv and has a huge selection of complimentary DVDs/Netflix and books and free Wifi. (reasonable use)
Close to Hospital, Major Shopping Centres and the beautiful Townsville Strand.
With lovely private large block featuring off street parking for 2 cars or large vehicle and off street parking as well.
We even have some space for storage in a small garden shed if you require.
The main bedroom has a queen bed with large built in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has 2 king single beds, and cupboard
Rustic bathroom with a bath/shower and seperate toilet.
Crisp fresh Linen and towels all provided for your comfort.
The property is fully fenced which is ideal for families an offer a private stay while being very safe for kids to play in the yard.
Perfect for Hospital Visits and stays.
For stays around Xmas and New Year we have a minimum stay of 7 days. This house is ideal for long stays for workers on contracts due to its location and private feel.
This cottage has so much character, with subtle decorated décor this house has charm and appeal, you will feel right at home. The house can accomodate 4 people.
I am happy to offer discount for longer stays and work stays please enquire.
Since Covid 19 we are not offering weekly servicing but do offer a linen change over for 7 day stays or more.

We came up to Townsville for Basketball QLD state championships and were very lucky to have found this lovely little cottage!
We only used two of the three bedrooms but the space was welcome and all the essentials were on hand thanks to the owner (incl. soap, towels, pillows & linen, toilet paper and laundry detergent). With a Woolies close by we were set!
It was also an absolute blessing to have air conditioning in all the bedrooms and also the living/kitchen/dining room… a must for North QLD heat!
Another final note - so many other parents in our group found other places to stay and complained about the noise and nocturnal happenings close by. We just smiled and thought “not for us! Perfect location… 10mins to get anywhere and it’s quiet and peaceful when you want it. Yay for us!”

Would absolutely stay here again, close to the town without being loud. Fantastic quiet neighbours, and the home was immaculate. Couldn't recommend this property any higher 10/10

Comfortable and roomy, suitable for a family. Close to shopping centre but still in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a very pleasant stay over Christmas
