About this apartment rental
24th Floor Junior Suite in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor Tower.
Relax and unwind with 526 square feet of elegant space featuring a sitting area and a sofa with a full-size pull-out. This unit includes a mini-refrigerator, sink and microwave in the kitchenette.
Guests will have access to all of the hotel amenities in addition to 2 Lapis spa access passes daily. (Services not included, only access to spa)
Bed Setup: The suite offers a king size bed and one full size sofa sleeper.
Guests may request an additional rollaway bed through the hotel for $60/night plus tax.
Below hotel charges are displayed in the VRBO total, however they are only charged on the premises:
1. Hotel transient rental fee $18.83
2. Hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge:
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $176.70 (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $176.70
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are charged by the hotel upon departure.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking, but displayed on VRBO to inform guests of total cost of reservation . The cleaning fee and transient rental fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, cleaning fees can't be waived.

We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.
Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.
Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card authorization is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out.

My husband and I had a fantastic time in this lovely room on the Fontaine Bleu campus. We had access to all hotel amenities including the lovely Lapis Spa! Highly recommend!

This room was absolutely beautiful! Perfect location and the view! You see the ocean and the marina from your balcony! Everything was comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent! Service is on point everywhere!! So much fun!! Go to La Cote and enjoy the service, music, drinks and food and the people! Beware of long elevator wait time around check out time around 10a-11a. Plan your day accordingly or you’ll waste time waiting for the elevator. Get your wristbands for the pool early or you’ll be standing in line waiting for a long time to get them too! We will definitely be back! Had a great time!

We love this property! The room was very clean and spacious. The views were beautiful. The large bathroom gave everyone space to get ready. We would definitely stay at this property again.
