This beach home is located in a low density area of Perdido Key so you never have to rush out early to claim your spot in the front row of the beach! It is fully furnished with everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. Home has 3 large bedrooms, plus Hall Bunks, 3.5 baths with over 2500 sq feet of indoor living space, two gulf facing balconies and a large ground level grilling/dining/gaming area. 3BR/3.5BA + Hall Bunks Sleeps 12 in Beds! Each bedroom has an ensuite bath.

The Living Room and Master Bedroom have expansive, unobstructed views of the glistening Gulf of Mexico, with spacious balconies on both levels. The ground level offers extra dining and entertainment space featuring a built in park style bbq grill, grill side table with sink, picnic table and space for playing games! We have a corn hole game, and tiki toss under the house to enjoy while grilling and chilling in the shade after a day on the beach :)

Fully equipped kitchen features a large island/breakfast bar with seating for four, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. Dining table seats six.

*SPECIAL NOTES: this is a 3 story elevated beach home without an elevator. This home is not handicapped accessible and is not suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor, but no sleeping accommodations on the main floor. Two bedrooms with king sizes beds and the hall bunks are located on the 2nd level, and another extra large bedroom and bathroom are on the third level. The boardwalk that can be seen in some photos is not accessible from this unit. Use the footpath for the short walk to the beach.

Only a few miles away, you can enjoy the Johnson Beach National Seashore or the Pensacola NAS where you can view the Aviation Museum or watch a Blue Angels Practice show for free! The world famous Flora-Bama is only 7/10 of a mile to the west; you can walk there on the beach or on the large multi-use path along the beach road! Other walkable restaurants are Yacht Club, Ole River Grill, Waffle House, and The Crab Trap.
