Experience the best view on Vashon Island, just steps from the North End ferry terminal .This updated, charming cabin is right at the edge of Puget Sound.
Located at the end of the north end ferry dock, the cabin is quiet and secluded, but easy to get to. Built in1923, and renovated in 2018 the house is has modern comfort with many original elements and fixtures. A full kitchen (minus freezer) allows you to create your own meals, or just make coffee in the morning before heading out to explore the island.
Enjoy your coffee on the deck with the seals as you watch the sunrise, watch for orcas from the deck, or have drinks on the deck as the moon rises over the Seattle skyline.

Let me just start out by saying that this place was STUNNING! The house, the fireplace, the deck, the amazing view. I would give it 5 stars of hot for one major exception: The house’s Proximity to the Ferry is literally one house away from the dock. No matter what, going up the road or down, you are stuck with the Ferry line taking up the road. It is the only street that the incoming ferry’s cars off-load to, so you will sit and wait to turn left out on the road. The host did give some very basic “what to do if there’s a Ferry Line” instructions, but they were vague directions. It took us a good 20-30mins trying to figure out where to go. The off-loading wasn’t mentioned, and that wound up being a big problem because we couldn’t get out of the driveway for 15-20 mins when we were trying to leave for my cousins wedding (the reason we weren’t her win the first place). We came so close to actually missing the ceremony because of this. So if you’re planning on staying here I think it’s something very important to consider with what kind of plans you have for your visit.My husband also wanted me to add that they had a wonderful collection of different coffee making methods, but no coffee! Bring some coffee and enjoy it with the morning view for him! There was also a substantial assortment of binoculars by the back door that he enjoyed tinkering with.That said, everything else was AMAZING. If we weren’t on such a tight schedule for our trip it would’ve been different m.

Excellent location! Easy to park your car and just take the bus or ferry depending on if you’re going into the city or up to Vashon. View was spectacular.!

WOnderful place to stay. Away from the hustle and bustle of Seattle. Wonderful views. We also loved the local farmers market and small town feel.
