-For SHORT TERM RENTALS (1 a 27 nights), 40 KWATT A DAY ARE INCLUDED in the rate. Excess, will be paid upon check out , ONLY CASH (USD, EUROS or PESOS) @ 6 PESOS per Kwatt.
-For LONG TERM RENTALS (28 nights and over) and due to special rate offered for this rentals, NOT ANY KWATT is included in the rate, and 100% total electricity comsumption should be paid upon check out ONLY CASH ( USD, EUROS o PESOS) .
Lovely and sunny apartment in “La Brisa”,featuring 3 spacious and independent rooms, all with en-suite private bathroom ( with shower); a spacious kitchen & dining area (for 6-8 people), what is connected with the comfortable living area what is great for gatherings for families or big groups.
We have also a small terrace with table and chairs, a laundry-room with washer & dryer, and a parking space at the garage.
Living room features a sofa- bed (double bed size and comfortably enough for 1 adult or 2 children), a smart TV with satellite channels (Sky TV), apple TV and DVD player; kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove (vitro), toaster, blender, microwave, dishes, glasses, pans, pots and so on. Air -con is and can be independently programmed on each area; we also have 2 internet connections available, one is the shared condominium connection and the other one is our private wi-fi internet (Telmex), shared internet is also available at the pool area so you will be connected in the entire building. We have an amazing pool & solarium as well as gym on the roof top which is available for you to be used free of charge. We deliver the apartment perfectly clean and we provide hand-, bath- and beach-towels, bed linen, shampoo, soap, kitchen paper and toilet paper.

Rental prices include all expenses (electricity, security, internet, parking place, etc) the only exception is for long term rentals (20 days up to 3 months) when electricity will be paid separately. For long-term rentals we will check the meter upon check in as well as the day before of check out, and we will ask the Electricity Company to provide price for consumption for mentioned period, in order you pay only what you used.

You are at the very heart of Playa del Carmen, so in a few steps you can visit Playa Mamitas and the most fashionable beach clubs such as "Mamitas", "Kool" o "Coralina"" or walking the vibrant pedestrian 5th avenue (1,5 miles long), full of people, bars, shops and fun !!!.
If you are looking for big supermarkets such as Wal-mart , they are not far away but it takes 10-15 min by car, so we recommend you to take a cab to get there.
For further places we recommend to take taxis which are 100% safe, although we recommend you to negotiate the rate beofer boarding.
