About this house rental
Secluded log cabin located in the Ozark National Forest. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. Well-stocked with linens, fully equipped kitchen, cookware, charcoal and grill, firewood, toilet paper, and bath soap/shampoo. Located in Newton County, home to Buffalo National River, numerous hiking trails, caves, and elk. Extras: Outdoor shower (available seasonally), fire pit, large deck, 2 porches, and washer/dryer. Only 1.5 hour drive to Branson, MO, Eureka Springs, AR, and trout fishing on the White River. Well-behaved pets welcome.

This cabin is the perfect spot for a getaway. The beds were good, kitchen is stocked with everything you need and the view is spectacular! It’s was a sweet and cozy place for spring weekend!

We loved this cozy little cabin! it was secluded and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The owners provide plenty of firewood for the fire pit, all the charcoal and accessories needed to grill, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook and the coffee was stocked! There was lots of games and puzzles to do with the kids, a smart tv, and a dvd/vcr combo - which my kids found super interesting LOL. It was so peaceful to watch the thunderstorms roll across the mountains and listen to the rain on the tin roof. The only note I will make - if you are a light sleeper, be aware you can hear a pin drop and the beds and floors creak and squeak lol. I was the only one in our group affected by this though and it was not enough to deter us from booking in the future!

This was an amazing place! Wind was to bad for fire pit but that didn't stop the enjoyment. We saw a deer and turkey in the back yard. It's also stocked better than any place I've been. It had everything you could think of. My husband and I enjoyed the solitude. I'm definitely coming back one day! Thanks

Property was a perfect secluded spot with gorgeous views! House was clean and comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. Host was quick to respond and help change dates of my trip due to weather. I couldn’t have asked for anything more, hope to be back in the future!
