This Excellent Vacation Home is of the Excellent Deluxe category. The villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac (no through traffic) in the Indian Creek sub-division, Kissimmee, close to the SR417 (Greeneway) and SR429. It is therefore only minutes to the Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World theme parks plus some of the world’s best golf courses. This villa offers free high-speed internet (cable and Wi-Fi) plus free local and long-distance calling within the United States and Canada.

The villa has many extras to make your stay very enjoyable. It has been furnished to a very high standard. The great floor plan places the living room right in the middle of the kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms and the pool area. Upon entering the villa, there is the open, well fitted kitchen with a breakfast table on the left; the spacious dining area is over your right shoulder. To the right there is the living room with all bedrooms around it. The Master bedroom is on the right; the other 3 bedrooms are on the left. From the living room you look onto the attractive pool area. Next to the kitchen is the door to the garage where the washing machine and dryer are located. Iron and ironing board are present too.

The kitchen includes a full size oven, built-in microwave, large fridge-freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. There is also a full range of electrical appliances and utensils – everything you could want in your home away from home.


Behind the family room, with digital TV on the large flat screen, you find the French patio doors through which you access the pool deck (screened) with the inviting pool and Spa. This villa offers the convenience of an outside pool shower too. Pool deck chairs and sun loungers allow for late night, pool side relaxing. There is an outside ceiling fan under the lanai too. The pool and Spa can be heated (separate from one another) at an extra cost. For the safety of our young visitors the pool is fenced over the fulll length.

The master bedroom with King Bed and large walk-in closet is on the rear end (the right) of the villa. En suite there is the bath room, with dual vanity, large garden tub, separate walk-in shower and toilet. This bedroom has cable TV. The first bedroom on the left of the villa has a Queen Bed, en suite a bathroom with vanity, shower tub and toilet, plus a closet. The ones in the middle and the rear have 2 Single Beds each. These too have cable TV and closets. These last two bedrooms share the bathroom located in between them. This bathroom has a vanity, shower tub and toilet. All bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.
