About this house rental
This Townhouse is a home away from home. Found in a gated community it is fully equipped for family living. Enjoy your vacation at prices comparable to a Hotel. Near shopping and restaurants. This unit has a pack and play, an umbrella stroller, a child's feeding seat and a baby bath. Dining room table opens to seat 8 comfortably. WiFi free to our guests. All you need to pack is your clothes and a toothbrush. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and an internet cafe. The clubhouse staff is eager to assist with any needs or questions you may have.
While at the resort you can keep busy playing tennis on the lighted tennis courts or just take a nature walk. Relax at the Tiki Bar by the clubhouse pool. For the little folks there are two playgrounds. Of course you can just relax in the townhouse or at the clubhouse lounge.
Only 5 mins from Disney, 20 mins from Sea World and 25 mins from Universal, 10 minutes from the Orlando Prime Outlet Mall. This location allows you to take advantage of all that the Orlando area has to offer. The local restaurants range from 'Kid Friendly' to adult dining. Need a day off from all of the excitement? One hour away is the Beach (East coast or West coast). Only one hour on RT4 and you could be at the Hard Rock Casino (Las Vegas style gambling). Make your vacation memorable, visit, enjoy, but most of all be comfortable.

Location is great. The host was very helpful with an issue with the television in getting it corrected. The bed was only queen size and a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen supplies were very adequate. Will be back again.

Very clean and comfortable. A little dated, and some items need upkeep, but so convenient to the Disney parks plus shopping and restaurants in the area. Good for groups of 2-4 adults plus smaller kids. Did not get to check out the various amenities on property, but they looked nice. Best thing is this area is VERY secure. Note you will have to pay 21.50 for a resort pass when you check in, but this villa is behind two security gates, so we felt our belongings were very safe while we were gone.

It was clean, host responded quickly when needed. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds weren't super comfortable but they were fine. Didn't love that the temperature had to be set to 74, as it's not cool enough for me.
