De locatie is goed gelegen op paar minuten rijden van de skipistes van Hohneck. Rustige ligging.
Het was niet grondig gepoetst (schimmel in badkamer), vaatwasser stuk, kasten zonder deuren of bijna stuk, rolluik in slaapkamer stuk, elektrische vuurtjes werkten niet altijd. Er staat maar 1zetel in de living waardoor je niet met 4 comfortabel kan zitten. Nieuwe meubels en grondige poetsbeurt zou het verblijf veel aangenamer gemaakt hebben.
