The chalet is simple, but comfortable. Serge is incredible friendly and helpful and the surroundings are perfect for a nice family holiday, even when the weather isn't that great.

Communication with owners was easy and they were very welcoming and helpful.
The chalet itself was absolutely great. Very complete and all good quality materials.
It was better than the pictures could show.
Next time when we're planning to go to Gérardmer, it'll definitely be in this chalet.
