L'emplacement, l'aménagement du studio et ss propreté.
Un moteur de climatisation qui en permanence créé une nuisance sonore de 40 à 60 décibels, ce qui en impose de dormir avec des boules quies d'autant que sans climatisation on se doit de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Cet information doit impérativement être notifié sur les critères de la location, car même prendre son pdj le matin sur la belle petite terrasse sans vis à vis, avec vue sur les superbe arbres du parc est désagréable. DOMAGE !
