Beautiful villa finely finished less than 200 meters from the beach of Mondello famous all over the world for its golden sand and crystal clear sea.
The house is spacious, furnished in every detail and offers everything you need to spend a wonderful holiday in Sicily.
The entrance leads to a large living room with sofa bed (for two persons), TV, stereo and glass dining table for 6 people which leads to the terrace also complete with sofa area and table with wrought iron chairs.
There are two double bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning, a single room with a ceiling fan and two bathrooms, one of which is private in a double bedroom.
The kitchen is large and bright with an extendable wooden table which leads to an internal garden with a large parasol and a wrought iron table.
The outdoor area is full of plants and trees that provide shade and refreshment.
The house is equipped with WI-FI internet connection and is close to major places of interest such as pubs, discos, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and mini golf.
In the nearby beach of Mondello, it is possible to carry out various kinds of excursions such as windsurfing, kite surfing, diving and many other activities.
We organize boat trips in the splendid Gulf of Mondello with lunch on board for a minimum of 6 people.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Doppelbetten und einem Einzelbett.
2 Bäder, wobei das eine nur eine Badewanne zum duschen hat. Schöne Terasse und außerdem noch einen Innenhof mit Grillmöglichkeit. Top Wetter im Oktober, wir waren häufig am schönen Strand, der in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen ist.
Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man den italienischen Standart kennt.

Appartement dans villa idéalement située. La mer est toute proche, ce qui est parfait avec de jeunes enfants ! Propriétaires sympas, et à l’écoute. À recommander.

La Villa NAMURI è una casa perfetta per una vacanza in Sicilia. Si trova in una posizione strategica da tutti i punti di vista. Si trova a 200 metri dal mare e viccinissimo al centro. La casa è pulitissima, accogliente con terrazzo e spazi esterni. Proprietari dall'inizio alla fine molto professionali ed efficaci. Sicuramente raccomando questa abitazione per trascorrere una vacanza in Sicilia.
