About this house rental
Come and discover Guadeloupe, in Saint-François, on Grande Terre, in our large bungalow of around 40 m² recently completed. It is composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms with dressing room, one with a 140x190 bed, the other with 2 90x190 beds, bathroom, separate WC. The "West Indian" kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) and everything you need to prepare your meals. A barbecue is also at your disposal for your grilled lobsters which you can enjoy on the terrace of about 45 m² after having sipped your ti'punch or planter in your private "punch bin" (micro-pool).
The bungalow is located about 5 minutes by car from the village of Saint-François, the marina, its restaurants and shops, as well as fishing boats and excursions to the surrounding islands (Les Saintes, Marie Galante, La Désirade , Petite Terre ...). The casino, golf course, and airfield are also close by. Raisins Clairs beach is around 5 minutes by car.
Bed, bathroom and household linen is provided. A small cooler is also available for picnics at the beach.
The first breakfast and the welcome ti'punch are offered.
We provide for babies or small children, an umbrella bed with mosquito net, baby bed linen, as well as a small booster to place on a chair.
A deposit check of 700.00 € (not cashed) will be requested upon arrival and returned at the end of the stay if no damage is found

Hébergement original et confortable. Attention pas de salle/salon !
Petite déception du bac qui n'est pas chauffé donc pas utilisé de la semaine malgré le beau temps il était frais le soir et le matin
Sinon hôte accueillante vivant à côté donc rassurant
Chemin vraiment très désagréable (poussiéreux et accidenté) pour accéder à la propriété en bordure de constructions

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec des propriétaires au petits soins pour nous. Logement très bien placé malgré le petit chemin avant d’arriver au logement. Logement hyper agréable, tout ouvert, avec barbecue et petit bac à punch hyper appréciable. Franchement au top nous recommandons vivement !

The small bungalow is new and located not far away from saint francois directly next to the owners house. Environment is mostly calm in between an area of new built houses, some still under construction. A quite bumpy 800m dirty road gets you there. You will find basic equipment with most of the things you need. There are lots of moskitos but unfortunately no moskito nets at the windows or in the bedrooms. Internet connection was very poor and almost down every evening. Some days completely without internet.
Marine is a very friendly host.
