Beautiful location with quick access to beach. The community is kind, safe and located close to many amenities!It was our first time in Destin and the white sand and emerald waters were more beautiful than imagined!

We had an amazing time. Everything about this place was great. There were just a few things we would’ve wished could’ve been different. One being, we had to pay for beach chair/umbrella rentals. Which would’ve been nice if it would’ve been included, especially because they told us that usually most of the renters pay for them. And the last thing that would’ve been nice was if the screen door of the back porch was new including the furniture in the porch as well. These things aren’t big issues. We had a great stay either way!

Not only is it a great price, it has everything! Its close to the beach, walking distance, it had a wonderful par 3 golf course and light fishing. There's also great restaurants, a winn dixie across the street and so many more things to do nearby. My family had an awesome time and suggest staying here. Such a great price and location. I highly recommend this !!!

The studio is well equipped with plenty of kitchen items and is very close to the beach (2 minutes) and the pool near the other studio condo units. The back porch overlooks the guard shack and entry point so there was occasional traffic.
My only complaint about the unit was a very damp foul smell which hit your nose upon entry.
