The studio condo was mostly clean, some of the walls, pictures had dust on them and you could tell it had not been updated in a long time, but it was mostly clean , and we weren’t in our room very much because we were at the beach or exploring the area. The door to the outside balcony did not lock, but we were on the second floor. The pools on the property were nice, and it was a five minute walk across the street to the beach.!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation was everything we thought it would be and then some. We had the perfect location as far as pool access and not far from the beach access as well. Always a great time at the Sandpiper Cove rentals.
