Ibiza Holiday home for 6 people in San Rafael, Ibiza

Perfect house and great hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The location is ideal — close to all amenities yet peaceful and secluded, which made it perfect for relaxing. The house itself is stunning, very well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The host was extremely responsive and kindly allowed us to check in and out at times that suited us. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Villa is very comfortable spaces, all of facilities and good location

The villa itself is very nice. Everything you want is in it. Including airco, dishwasher, washing machine, excellent (salt water) pool with jacuzzi. Located on a nice private location in the middle of the island That was also one of the reasons why we choose this villa. We really value privacy. Now let me tell you upfront that the owner is a nice guy who responds well to whatsapp messages. But we have made it pretty clear that we do not like unannounced visits. Nevertheless this happened 3 times during our stay. 2 times his father (who owns the piece of land adjacent to the villa, but uses the villas gate to get there) and 1 time the owner himself. The women in our group did not feel happy about this (most sunbathe topless) and it gave a foul taste in our mouth. Last but not least: the last night we partied a bit hard. Damages were made and acknowledged. We have told the owner that we would not mind paying for the damaged items. However owner went directly to VRBO and demanded the maximum amount they could charge on the CC. Luckily things don't work like that.
