About this villa rental
Dora property is situated in tragaki, a green area 2km from tsilivi tourist village. Fenced off and surrounded by 6500m2 large olive grove, the building is separated in 2 different apartments provide privacy for those wishing to relax in a quiet atmosphere.Big garden privacy and fenced off makes it ideal for kids. Local restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and bars are near-by and the beautiful sandy beach is only 200 meters away. The air-conditioned apartments are spacious and comfortable, fully furnished and equipped. Each apartment has two bedrooms (one with double, one with two single beds), one bathroom with shower, a living room with dining area, a kitchen and a balcony. The large garden has a fireplace for barbecue and a patio with deck chairs. Parking space and WI-fi is free of charge. Laundry services can be arranged. The property is easily accessible from zante town and airport.

This property is just perfect. Set in a quiet gated olive grove. Andreas is available at any time yet does not intrude. Extremely well maintained property. A beautiful sandy beach with beach bar, accessed by steps at the end of the lane a few minutes walk. Shallow water for a long way out. Ideal for children. Tavernas a short walk or drive away. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet situation but everything close at hand. Extremely convenient for visiting all tourist sights on the island.

Wir haben als Familie mit Kindern für eine Woche dieses tolle Apartment gebucht Es ist ruhig gelegen auf einem riesigen Grundstück Mitten im Grünen, umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern mit Klimatisierung und einem Tageslichtbad mit WC und moderner Dusche. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alle zum Kochen benötigten Utensilien und einen Kühlschrank. Das Apartment verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und zusätzlich Liegen zum Sonnen im Grünen. Der naheliegende Strand (zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar) ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stellen bei Bedarf eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Wir haben von Andreas viele Insider-Tips bekommen zu Lokalitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht und möchten uns bei Andreas und seiner Familie herzlich bedanken.
