Central Boscastle studio flat

Great location, a few minutes walk downhill brings you straight into the village. The accommodation is lovely and is a perfect size for one or two people. Kitchen facilities are exceptional (great oven and coffee maker too) and the washing machine is a bonus. Comfy bed, cosy living room area, double glazed so nice and quiet. The bathroom is big and having the choice of either the shower or claw foot bath tub is a luxury. Parking space on the driveway is convenient. There is a lovely garden and seating area opposite the front door of the flat and is in an elevated position. Host is friendly and welcoming. I had a great stay, thanks :)

Really not much to dislike! The only thing I noticed (when I dropped something on the floor that rolled under the bed), was the amount of dust and cobwebs around the underside of the bed and on the tiled floor. The dust was very thick so it has been months, if not a year or more, since that was last scrubbed clean. The stairs from the drive to the house are very steep and require caution; there is a lot of garden overgrowth at the sides and almost across some of these steps which is a trip hazard.

The owner is amazing and she went out of her way to organise a parking space for us. The property is beautiful, functional and in a great location. I will definitely come back.
